Key Responsibilities

Design casino game concepts, features, and gameplay from idea to release.
Create clear game design documents describing mechanics, features, and player experience.
Work closely with developers, artists, mathematicians, and producers to bring games to life.

Review and refine games during development to ensure high quality and consistency.
Use player feedback, data, and market research to improve game design decisions.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor games, and player preferences.
Support team knowledge sharing and contribute to a strong creative environment.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience in game design, ideally in casino, slots, or real-money gaming with deep knowledge of game mechanics, features, and player engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Mathematics, Art, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Insight into player psychology, game balance, and retention strategies.
Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
