Business Controller US Government Services
Kforce's client, a growing and mission-driven organization located in the San Antonio, TX area, is seeking an experienced Business Controller to lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and government contract accounting activities. - Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals
- Oversee financial performance analysis, profitability reporting, cash flow, working capital, and variance analysis
- Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial controls
- Support contract pricing, audits, compliance requirements, and government contracting activities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- CPA, MBA, or Big Four experience preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or FP&A experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Government Contracting, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), IFRS, and U.S. GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills required
