Senior Financial Analyst

REQUIREMENTS

The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in operationalizing and enhancing the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework. This position supports IT leadership by delivering insights into the cost, quality, and value of IT services through financial analysis, modeling, and performance tracking.

Hybrid - Coppel- TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic IT decision-making.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning of IT projects and software expenditures.
• Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business goals and technology investments.
• Support the continuous improvement of TBM practices , tools, and reporting capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, financial planning, or IT finance.
• Strong proficiency in leading ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and financial reporting tools (Hyperion and Apptio preferred).
• Solid understanding of IT cost structures, budgeting processes, and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Tools & Skills:

• ERP Systems: Oracle (preferred), SAP
• Financial Tools: Hyperion, Apptio
• Reporting & Visualization: Power BI, Excel (advanced)
