Front Office Coordinator
The Front Office Coordinator will welcome patients and provide the highest level of customer service and ensure an efficient and pleasant patient experience. Exemplify our five-star experience and superior customer service in every patient encounter, always representing the company with poise and class. Support care providers to ensure their success and efficient days. Schedule appointments and new consultations for new patients. Enter all patient information in the EMR, provide all necessary paperwork, consents, manage incoming fax referrals and other miscellaneous tasks. This position will learn front office for plastic surgery and medspa.
Secondary tasks include stocking supplies, cleaning and organizing retail display areas, maintain clean and appealing lobby and entry both inside and outside, stock business cards, assist with clinic flow and marketing and social media as needed.Required Education & Experience:
- College education preferred, medical assistant, plastic surgery or dermatology medical office required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit at a desk for most of the workday, walk comfortably through the office with patients, and speak professionally on the telephone.

Computer, Telephone, Copy/Fax/Print/Scan Machine, Merchant Terminal, Social Media.
Working Conditions:
Works primarily indoors at a desk with sit/stand options and on the telephone.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
