Advisor III, ERP Solutions Engineer
- Design, develop, test, and maintain application software solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and modernization.
- Lead or contribute to system architecture discussions and technical design decisions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability through best practices and code quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced developers and team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments.
- Work within agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Support continuous integration and deployment processes and contribute to automation initiatives.
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of experience in UI5/ABA development
- Intermediate proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with modern frameworks and microservices architecture
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
This position has a base salary range of $ 160,200 - $195,800 . At Phillips 66, we are committed to pay transparency and competitive, equitable compensation.
