Property Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
MEISON is a collection of high-end and luxury women’s apparel brands including Jones New York, Misook, Ming Wang, and Kasper. Our brands are found online, through specialty boutiques, and in stores with our various retail partners such as Neiman Marcus, Saks 5th Avenue, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s and Dillard’s.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Property Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to support a business owner across a range of responsibilities. This role involves supporting the operating company as well as several personal investment entities and real estate holdings. The ideal candidate will focus on organization, coordination, and light financial tracking to keep a wide range of responsibilities running smoothly. This is a long-term role for someone who values stability, trust, and professional discretion.
Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Light Bookkeeping
- Track income and expenses across several entities.
- Maintain organized financial documentation.
- Assist with reconciliation and provide necessary information to accountants.
Real Estate Property Administration
Assist with the administration of several real estate properties, including:
- Tracking rental payments and coordinating rent collection when needed.
- Paying property-related bills such as utilities, taxes, insurance, and maintenance.
- Maintaining organized records of property income and expenses.
Executive Support
- Manage calendar scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Assist with email follow-ups and administrative communication.
- Coordinate travel planning and logistics.
- Help track tasks and ensure key deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support related to the business owner’s work within the operating company.
Personal Administrative Support
- Assist with personal scheduling and logistics as required.
- Coordinate vendors and service providers.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Associate’s Degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Administrative Professional.
- Financial Skills: Experience with basic bookkeeping, financial tracking, and reconciliation.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Soft Skills: High level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with consistent follow-through.
- Logistics: Ability to work in a flexible structure; while the role does not require being in the office every day, some in-person coordination in Grapevine, TX, is needed.
