We are seeking an Order Picker to join our Danco Distribution center, located in Dallas, Texas.

Key Duties for the role:

• Use RF scanners (handheld guns) to locate, pick, and verify products based on customer orders
• Accurately pick plumbing parts (e.g., fittings, valves, pipes, fixtures) from warehouse locations
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and descriptions to ensure order accuracy
• Pack and stage orders for shipping according to company procedures
• Replenish picking locations and assist with inventory counts as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or equipment issues to supervisors
• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and OSHA standards

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma; or equivalent.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• At least 1 year of previous order picking experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently and within time constraints.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills: verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Outgoing, team player, and a willingness to learn.
• Solid attendance track record.

At Danco we work 1st Shift, 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday – Friday workweek with the opportunity for overtime.
