Our unique concept brings children aged 10 months to 8 years together to explore, create, and grow in a safe, stimulating environment. Our facilities feature: - Over 3,000 square feet of fun-filled play areas. - A café offering delicious snacks and beverages with a clear view of the play zones. - Party rooms that can host everything from Birthday Parties to grand celebrations.

Position Summary

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our café operations run smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our guests. You’ll oversee the preparation of food and beverages, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and lead a team to create a welcoming environment for families. Must be available to work on weekends and school holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring quality and efficiency in food and beverage service. Lead, train, and motivate the café team to deliver excellent customer service. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Collaborate with other team members to support events, parties, and daily activities. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a food and beverage supervisory role or a similar position.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.

A passion for working in a family-friendly, child-focused environment.

Energy, enthusiasm, and great guest service.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

High School diploma required.
