Job Description:
This role supports the client's end-to-end procurement contracting process, from planning through execution and vendor performance management, within a fast-paced, fully remote organization.

Job Summary

Draft, review, and negotiate procurement agreements including technology, security, and data privacy contracts in alignment with client policy and risk tolerance
Identify and mitigate contractual, legal, and commercial risks in partnership with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve contract-related issues while maintaining strong business relationships
Ensure adherence to corporate policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements throughout the contracting lifecycle
Manage agreements from intake through execution using contract management tools to drive efficiency and visibility
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Security, and business stakeholders to align contract strategy with organizational goals

Minimum Requirements:

2 years of experience managing commercial contracts within Procurement, Sourcing, or a Commercial Legal environment
Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with precision
Working understanding of commercial contract law, data security, and privacy regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk and provide sound business recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort engaging with senior-level stakeholders
Proven success in a fully remote environment with strong self-management, responsiveness, and professionalism in virtual settings
Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Ironclad or a similar contract lifecycle management (CLM) tool
Familiarity with a broad range of agreement types, including SaaS, Marketing, HR, Procurement, and Legal
Openness to leveraging AI tools in day-to-day contract work
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
