We’re now searching for one exceptional technologist. a visionary full-stack developer who can build our systems from the ground up and scale them like Stripe, Uber, or OpenAI. This is not a "developer" role. This is a founder's seat with a keyboard.

What You’ll Do

• Build the infrastructure for everything: charter booking, fleet scheduling, fractional ownership, jet card management, internal operations, payment systems, and more—using AI wherever possible.


• Architect the backend and frontend from scratch using the tools and stack of your choice. If it works, we trust you.


• Integrate AI agents to handle customer interactions, automate workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. (Think GPT agents, Claude, LangChain, etc.)


• Leverage third-party tools and contractors—but you own the execution.


• Manage a small, specialized team of freelancers and vendors—designers, QA, devops, etc.


• Move fast: we expect productized features in days or weeks, not quarters.


• Make decisions like a founder, not a cog. You’ll define product strategy alongside senior leadership.
  

Who You Are

• A 10x engineer with strong product sensibility. You've shipped scalable systems from zero to one.


• Fluent in modern full-stack development—whether it’s TypeScript + React + Node.js, Python + Django + Next.js, or your preferred weapon of choice.


• You dream in APIs, live in terminals, and see AI as your copilot, not a toy.


• Have experience with NoSQL + SQL, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, and building for security and speed.


• Bonus if you’ve worked in aviation, travel, logistics, or built booking/dispatch/payment systems.


• You thrive under ambiguity, hate bureaucracy, and love extreme ownership.
