SENIOR DIRECTOR OF SHARED SERVICES
Are you an accounting/finance professional with 10 plus years of experience overseeing AR, AP and/or Shared Services that ALSO has a knack for connecting systems? Our client is looking for a non-traditional Shared Services leader to transform how their organization thinks and operates, using data, process, and technology to drive better end to end outcomes. The Role:
- Lead end to end the Shared Services operations of a 3-billion-dollar global company
- Interface with Controller, Finance leaders and Shared Services team both onshore and offshore
- Report to the VP of Shared Services
- Leverage analytics to improve methodologies to modernize finance operations and support enterprise value creation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other related fields
- 10 + years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Shared Services or order to cash/procure to pay environments
- Experience leading AR, AP or Shared Services in a complex multi-site company
- SAP strongly preferred
- Data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Experience managing offshore teams with a continuous improvement mindset
