In this role, you will be the first point of contact for businesses and consumers seeking our services, providing essential information and support while ensuring a positive customer experience. Speaking and writing Spanish is preferred.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing detailed information about BBB services, business accreditation, and consumer complaints.
• Assisting with the complaint process by gathering relevant information and guiding consumers through the necessary steps.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system.
• Collaborating with team members to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

• Previous customer service, administrative, or dispute resolution experience is helpful but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Bilingual is helpful but not required.
