Remote Entry-Level Leader
Fisher Agencies is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Entry-Level Leaders. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills while working remotely in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As a Remote Entry-Level Leader, you will support and mentor sales agents, help monitor performance, and assist in developing sales strategies aimed at driving success after you learn the business yourself. Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Leadership potential or willingness to develop leadership abilities
- Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Zoom, Google Calendar)
- Previous sales or management experience is a plus but not required
