Position Overview:
We’re seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our fast-paced landscaping operation. This role is key to maintaining excellent customer service, smooth scheduling, and efficient administrative workflow. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred. In this role, you’ll be responsible for answering incoming calls, text and emails, scheduling and confirming services, and ensuring each customer receives timely, courteous, and accurate information. You’ll also help coordinate daily routes, communicate job details with the field team, and assist with basic administrative tasks.
