CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: Assembler - 1st Shift

7am- 3:30pm

Location: Richardson, TX

Pay: $21/hr

Schedule: Mon - Fri

Job Description\Requirements

• The assembler position is responsible for using through hole soldering skills, along with hands and company machinery/tools to assemble products.
• Perform through-hole assembly of electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Utilize soldering equipment and hand tools to achieve reliable solder joints meeting IPC standards.
• Inspect solder connections for quality and rework as needed to correct deficiencies.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Handle components and assemblies in accordance with ESD procedures and company safety protocols.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards within required time frames on first shift.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve technical issues and improve assembly processes.
• Document work performed and report any discrepancies or defective materials to supervisors.
• Assist in cross-training and supporting other assembly tasks as required.
• Must have experience doing mechanical assembly in a warehouse environment
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
