Our Corporate Global Marketing team strategizes and develops marketing programs to help prospective customers understand how Gartner’s insights, expert guidance and tools enable smarter decisions and stronger performance on an organization’s mission critical priorities. The team accelerates sales activity by attracting, engaging, and converting prospects through the delivery of compelling Gartner insights and experiences across the buyer journey.
We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist to join our Global Technology Sales (GTS) Marketing team focused on the Americas Large Enterprise region. This role will be a key contributor to the ongoing growth and success of Gartner by supporting the execution of demand generation campaigns, sales enablement and pipeline progression for new business and account expansion.
What you’ll do:
Create regional demand and lead generation campaigns designed to target specific customer personas and drive quality leads to Sales to build pipeline
Develop and execute Sales enablement programs to progress pipeline
Support regional sales programs and events while managing sales inquiries
Assist with the development and execution of global role-based campaigns
Write content and messaging for campaign briefs, sales enablement, and organic channels including email, SEO, and social media
Own content and campaigns across social media platforms to drive engagement and grow social following
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, Program Managers, and other cross-functional partners to coordinate the execution and delivery of integrated marketing programs
Report on lead activity to support pipeline progression and campaign reporting and analysis
Project-manage and track campaign performance; proactively provide recommendations for campaign optimization and report on success metrics using analytics and Power BI tools
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing or Communications preferred)
1-3 years experience working within Marketing or Digital Marketing; prefer large or global company experience
Proven experience developing successful integrated marketing or demand generation programs designed for executive-level audiences.
Detail-oriented, with strong follow-through skills
Strong project management, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to be flexible and work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced, fast-changing environment
Proficient with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); Experience with a CRM (Salesforce), CMS (Adobe AEM), email management system (Eloqua) and data analytics platform (Power BI, Google Analytics), Google Workspace, SharePoint, and Adobe Express preferred.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 56,000 USD - 77,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
