Travel Customer Service
Kforce has a client in Fort Worth, TX that is looking for a Travel Customer Service Agent on a temp to perm basis. Duties include:
- Answer incoming inquiries via email and phone
- The Travel Customer Service Agent will assist with incoming inquiries in timely manner
- Communicate daily with travel partners and agents to assist with any questions or concerns they have
- Provide high level customer service
- 3+ years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle inquiries in timely manner
- Experience in hospitality and travel industry a plus
