Data Entry Clerk Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Entering data into company databases and maintaining accurate records
- Organizing data in a structured and easily accessible format
- Checking data for errors and ensuring accuracy
- Handling confidential information with integrity
- Assisting with data cleanup and maintenance projects
- Communicating with team members to clarify data discrepancies
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles
- Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a data entry role
