Industrial Maintenance Technician Trainee

Do you enjoy fixing things, working with tools, and learning how facilities run? As an Industrial Maintenance Technician Trainee, you’ll support seasoned technicians while developing a broad skill set across building systems and equipment.
What Will You Do?
- Assist with scheduled inspections and basic servicing of facility equipment.
- Support general maintenance tasks in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Organize tools, maintain tidy work areas, and help track supplies.
- Help with equipment installs, moves, and removals as projects arise.
- Respond to maintenance requests and assist in troubleshooting.
- Participate in preventive maintenance efforts and inventory control.
- Follow safety rules to promote a secure, compliant workplace.
Who Are You?
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Hands-on maintenance experience is helpful but not required.
- Basic familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems is beneficial.
- Team player who can also work independently when needed.
- Detail-oriented problem solver with good communication skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to grow.
- Comfortable lifting heavy items and performing physical tasks.
