Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, educating guests about our services, facilitating membership sign-ups, and assisting customers with our mobile app.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
2. Educate guests on our range of car wash services, packages, and memberships.
3. Actively promote and facilitate membership sign-ups, explaining the benefits and features.
4. Provide guidance and support to customers in utilizing our mobile app for convenient service access.
5. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak volume hours.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
3. Ability to learn and effectively communicate technical information about car wash services and membership options.
4. Comfortable using mobile devices and applications.
5. Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work weekends and during peak volume hours (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
6. Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
