About the Role:

We are seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy services to children. You’ll deliver evidence-based speech, language, and feeding therapy while partnering closely with families to help every child reach their full potential.

Scheduling Options:

• Part-Time: 12–24 visits/week
• Full-Time: 25+ visits/week
• Daytime and after-school hours available

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Provide speech, language, articulation, and feeding therapy tailored to each child.
• Educate caregivers on home strategies and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure services meet professional standards and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
