We’re growing our advanced machining team in San Antonio with opportunities on first and second shift. If you love turning complex prints into flawless parts and want room to learn, this is the place.

A day in the life

• Set up and run mill-turns, 3–4 axis vertical mills, and lathes with live tooling.
• Edit programs at the control using Fanuc and HAAS interfaces.
• Verify quality with in-process inspections and hold tight tolerances.
• Read and interpret blueprints, dimensions, tolerances, and work instructions.
• Select and secure fixtures, tooling, and workholding to optimize throughput.
• Perform daily machine maintenance and keep the cell ready for the next run.
• Handle changeovers efficiently and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

What you’ll work on

• CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC): Haas, Doosan
• CNC Lathe (2–4 axis): Haas, Doosan

What you bring

• 2+ years operating CNC mill-turn equipment (or strong mill and lathe background).
• Hands-on program edits at the machine (Fanuc and HAAS).
• Blueprint fluency and solid GD&T comprehension.
• Comfort with micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
• Thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
• Curiosity and a desire to keep learning and advancing.
