Garde Manger / Prep Cook

We re looking for a skilled and driven Garde Manger / Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for a cook who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a clean and focused environment, and understands that excellence is built on discipline and attention to detail.
What We re Looking For:
1+ year of professional kitchen experience (garde manger or prep preferred)
Strong knife skills and solid understanding of foundational technique
A sense of pride in clean, organized work and precise execution
A genuine respect for ingredients and seasonality
A collaborative spirit and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure

Your Role:
Execute and maintain the cold station during service
Complete daily prep with consistency, speed, and care
