*This is an onsite position in our office in Richardson, TX JOB SUMMARY ARGO has an opportunity to join our software company serving the behavioral health space in a sales role for a person with preferably behavioral health industry experience. You would be accountable for selling a Utilization Review software solution that automates insurance provider authorization processes for all Levels of Care within Behavioral health. QualificationYou might be qualified if you have at least a Bachelor’s degree, and either:
1 – 2+ years software sales experience in Healthcare in general
2 – Have a nursing degree, with current RN license, with either health care – or preferably behavioral health - Utilization Review experience, and interested in sales
3 – have Behavioral Health software experience with knowledge of UR PRODUCT SUMMARY
ARGO’s behavioral health software automates insurance reimbursement related processes . Software uses comprehensive workflow, scheduling, notification capability and quantifies diagnostic based medical evidence using AI, natural language processing and machine learning. It tracks quality metrics for compliance adherence as well. The product has a strong ROI, high revenue impact potential, improve Utilization Nurse job efficiency and integrates to an EMR. The solution operates in a cloud environment. The product modernizes a manual UR process, improves patient outcomes, improves denial rates, enhances interoperability and staff coordination, and provides management KPI metrics for UR performance, quality and clinical performance tracking. Argo has a full function marketing department that supports our sales teams, accountable for product and company collateral, to include print and video media, market segment research to determine prospect identity, marketing campaigns and advertising, and website design. Additionally, this group arranges tradeshow presence and creates social media content. Job Description and duties
This position sells subscription based software into one of three US territories, each having 250+ prospective facilities. Argo prefers this position be based on our Dallas corporate office, but would consider a remotely located sales person with the right qualifications. Phone, email and onsite prospect visits are used to acquaint prospects with our solution. Leads come from trade show, campaign open rate date and Argo website visits. Product demonstrations are not required and are performed by experienced nurses with UR experience. EXPECTED WORK AND PERFORMANCE (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
This customer facing quota-based sales position is accountable for the growth of ARGO behavioral health sector business. It requires interaction with CNO, CFO and CEO personnel. This position requires a successful salesperson to conduct l ead generation, working leads, and creating and maintaining territory utilizing CRM integration and prospect intelligence platforms (e.g., HubSpot and ZoomInfo). This quota-based sales position becomes accountable for Argo Utilization Review software to BH organizations in the US, from introduction through closing, including RFP responses, but excluding contract execution. This software (a) assists in insurance authorization, (2) making insurance payors more accountable, (3) easier to transition patients to different levels of care, (4) improves UR performance, productivity and scalability, and (5) provides management insight KPI’s that improve quality, compliance and clinical results. Technically, this product operates in a cloud environment and integrates into EMR systems. Other needed SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
- Sufficient automation literacy (e.g., understanding of automation logic capabilities data constructs, workflow, data analytics, and management reporting) to collaborate directly with Information Technology teams.
- EMR/EHR terminology proficiency
- Comfortable with cold calling, conducting meetings, and interacting with senior and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- New customer acquisition experience.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to attend trade shows and prospect site visits.
This role is critical to the Customer and Revenue in ARGO’s Value Chain CRP3 (Customer, Revenue, People, Product, and Process) by seeking potential customers to generate revenue for the organization. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
