Back End Developer
At **AgencyCRM**, we are building a high-performing team that develops secure, scalable, and efficient systems to power marketing, sales, and automation platforms. We are looking for a skilled **Back End Developer** to design, build, and maintain robust server-side applications and integrations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and database structures
* Build scalable and secure backend systems
* Integrate third-party APIs and external platforms
* Optimize applications for speed, reliability, and performance
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues
* Ensure data protection, security, and best coding practices
* Collaborate with front-end developers and other technical team members
* Maintain clean, well-documented, and organized code
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience as a Back End Developer or similar role
* Strong knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar)
* Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
* Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
* Understanding of authentication, security best practices, and server management
* Experience with version control systems (Git)
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
