Sr. Specialist – Enterprise Fulfillment
The Sr. Specialist, Enterprise Fulfillment drives key fulfillment initiatives that improve speed, cost efficiency, and customer experience. This high-impact role focuses on analyzing and optimizing programs critical to customer experience such as Ship-from-Store, Same-Day Pickup, and fulfillment sourcing logic, translating insights into actionable strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams. This role blends strategy, analytics, and continuous test and learn to drive measurable business outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Analyze pre-season, in-season, and post-season performance to identify risks and opportunities that improve sales
and customer experience
• Translate data insights into actionable strategies that optimize fulfillment speed and cost efficiency
• Execute system adjustments in partnership with global teams to support evolving business needs and improve
operational efficiency
• Lead cross-functional alignment across merchandising, digital, supply chain, and technology teams to ensure
successful execution of fulfillment initiatives
• Conduct deep-dive analyses using transactional and item-level data to inform decision-making
• Monitor customer feedback and key operational KPIs to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in
fulfillment performance
• Assess business impact of system and process changes to support effective change management
• Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to launch new fulfillment capabilities
Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, planning, or supply chain
• Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs, fulfillment strategies, and supporting technologies
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and external teams
• Proactive, curious mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
