Turner Industries is seeking an experienced Warehouse/ Material Coordinator for long-term work as part of our nested maintenance team at a site in the Pasadena, TX area. The successful candidate will be familiar with a variety of materials required to complete industrial work, such as gaskets, valves, and blinds, as well as being highly experienced using SAP for materials management.

• NO PER DIEM, ideal for local candidates
• 2-5 years experience in an industrial warehouse
• Forklift Experience - Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
• Insure stock is organized and stock levels are maintained
• Receive deliveries, update database, stage materials ahead of planned and nonplanned maintenance activities
• Ability to pass all required Safety Council Courses

Functional Requirements:

Read and sign off on JSA prior to starting shift; supervises lifting, transporting, storing, and loading materials and products by use of conveyors, cranes, hoists, or industrial trucks, applying knowledge of plant layout and material-handling equipment and procedures; studies receiving or shipping notices, requests for movement of raw materials and finished products, and reports of warehousing space available to develop schedule for material handling activities; may confer with supervisors of other departments to coordinate flow of materials or products; may verify or prepare records, such as routing slips, material requisitions, and job orders; maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Miscellaneous Requirements:

There will be times that the individual may be required to perform a task other than their normal operation as required by the company or the foreman, owing to the job demand.
