As a Preconstruction Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence within our organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring a dynamic team, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
- Developing and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve challenges, driving continuous improvement.
- Analyzing performance metrics to assess progress and implement necessary adjustments.
- Cultivating an inclusive work environment that encourages diverse perspectives and ideas. Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 2 to 7 years.
· Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; MBA/advanced degree a plus.
· 5 years of preconstruction/estimating experience
· Deep understanding of MEP systems, medical gases, infection control, life safety, and healthcare equipment planning.
· Proficiency with estimating and scheduling tools (e.g., WinEst/Trimble, DESTINI, Revit/Navisworks for QTO, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Primavera P6/MS Project, Procore).
· Strong financial acumen, bid-leveling, and subcontractor market knowledge; excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
