Job Summary

The warehouse operator is responsible for ensuring that all inventory relating to any company product is properly stored, tracked, and maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Safely operate LP/ Electric forklift
2. Ensure timely and accurate order selection for customers.
3. Load and unload tractor trailer trucks securely.
4. Perform cycle counting for inventory control.
5. Pack and label shipments for UPS/FedEx delivery.
6. Repack cases of flour, as necessary.
7. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment.
8. Fulfill other assigned duties as needed.
9. Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with Food Safety Standards as outlined by Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) regulations and company policies.

Position Requirements

1. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
2. Ability to bend, lift (up to 60 lbs.), climb, stretch, reach, and walk throughout the day.
3. Ability to operate a forklift safely with training.
4. Ability to use a computer to track inventory.
