What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers inside assigned retail and big box store locations

• Educate customers on insurance products and available coverage options

• Build rapport and create positive customer experiences

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for licensed agents

• Manage the sales process from initial conversation to closing opportunities

• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in CRM systems
