Job Title: AMS Coordinator
Location: La Porte, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time
Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated AMS Coordinator to support our After Market Sales (AMS) department. The AMS Coordinator is responsible for administrative and customer service duties related to spare parts, services, and sales operations. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to ensure timely and accurate handling of customer and vendor needs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding RFQs, inquiries, and order status.
• Prepare and submit quotes; process and maintain orders in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotes, orders, deliveries, and shipments.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Engineering, Field Service, Procurement, Accounting, and Shipping/Receiving.
• Prepare commercial documentation and maintain costing information to calculate pricing.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, import/export regulations, and order requirements.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support market research efforts.
• Assist with administrative reporting, documentation, and internal meetings.

Requirements

• 2-year or 4-year degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and/or Procurement.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong customer relations skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
