Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of repair and maintenance experience required
• Candidates need to have a valid driver's license and are subject to a background check

• Building repair and maintenance including painting, touch ups, etc.: Expert
• Other handyman tasks: Expert
• Carpentry: Expert
• Plumbing: Moderate - Certification Preferred
• Electrical: Moderate - Certification Preferred
• Mechanical: Moderate
• HVAC / Mechanical / Air Conditioning / Heating: Moderate
• Walk-In Cooler and Freezer: Preferred
• Restaurant equipment maintenance - broilers, fryers, etc.: Preferred
• Convenience Store Gas Pumps maintenance and repair- Preferred
