HR Generalist II

• Provide guidance to both employees and management on work-related issues, interpreting HR policies as needed.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and counsel employees on workplace concerns.
• Interpret human resources policies, assist with conflict resolution, and conduct exit interviews.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Partner with HR leadership to implement company-wide HR strategies.
• Support training and development initiatives, including career pathing.
• Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Campus Talent Acquisition recruiter to support intern hiring needs.
• Provide broad HR support across key functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications: What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in human resources or a related role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

WHAT WE OFFER:

Compensation : This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $62,000-$72,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus of 2% in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
