Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis Experience: - Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required - Familiarity with phone etiquette and cash register operations - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Ability to sell products and upsell additional items - Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts - Experience in jewelry or electronics sales is a bonus As a Retail Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, interacting with customers and helping them find the products they need.
