Join Our Team as an Area Admissions Coordinator We’re hiring a reliable, compassionate Area Admissions Coordinator to support multiple facilities within the region. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and families, coordinating admissions, completing bedside assessments, and partnering with clinical and leadership teams to ensure smooth, timely placements across your assigned area. Your Impact as an Area Admissions Coordinator * Build trust with residents/families; guide them through the admissions process across multiple facilities. * Complete bedside assessments, document findings, and clinically accept residents using internal tools and criteria. * Coordinate closely with DONs, Administrators, MDS/Liaisons, and hospital partners to drive timely admissions and census growth. * Deliver community presentations on long-term care/aging; represent facilities at local outreach events. * Maintain accurate weekly admissions reports and pipelines; escalate barriers promptly. * Uphold the Patient Bill of Rights and all company/safety policies and procedures. * Travel locally within the assigned territory as needed.
