Manufacturing Financial Analyst
- Prepare and communicate proactive analysis to support plant initiatives and be engaged in bringing best practices and efficiencies to the plant.
- Drive and support productivity initiatives to reduce overall cost and increase plant performance.
- Prepare month-end closing entries and plant performance reports, perform variance analysis of plant spend vs. last year, vs. budget and vs. forecast.
- Perform annual standard cost roll and related analytics.
- Prepare annual budget and forecasts for operations.
- Maintain inventory analysis and reconciliation, cycle count, excess & obsolete inventory process for the plant.
- Provide information requested by Audit and Tax department to ensure adherence to policy or meet target. YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience with journal entries and cost accounting preferred.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
