Description
The Clerical Administrative Assistant provides essential support at the front desk of our apartment community ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves interacting with residents managing administrative tasks and supporting the property management team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills and exhibit a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk greeting residents and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Managing incoming calls including transferring calls taking messages and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Provide general administrative support such as processing tenant paperwork payments and other clerical support.
- Assist with resident inquiries and service requests
- Support the property management team with various tasks needed.
This position is part time from 10:00 AM 3:00 PM M-F.

- 1-2 years administrative experience
Education: High School Diploma or GED
