Remote Customer Service | Insurance Agent
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to provide high-quality service and tailored insurance solutions in a fully virtual work setting. The role will support clients in the San Antonio, TX area as well as customers across the United States, focusing on client assistance throughout the policy lifecycle and contributing to team sales objectives.
- Assist clients in evaluating and selecting insurance products that align with their needs.
- Support policy changes, endorsements, renewals and claims management with careful attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain trusting, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and service.
- Stay current on market developments, product offerings and regulatory changes relevant to client needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine sales approaches and improve overall team performance.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to broaden skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with clients.
- Strong commitment to customer service and client satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced virtual environment.
- Possession of relevant state insurance licenses or willingness to obtain required licenses for the states served (including Texas), as applicable.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and residence within the United States; candidates located in San Antonio, TX or within the Central Time Zone are preferred to align with local business hours.
