Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
D1 Training Alliance is seeking a friendly, dependable Front Desk Associate to support our evening and weekend operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and wants to be part of a high-energy fitness community. As the first point of contact for members, athletes, and parents, you will help create a welcoming, organized, and professional experience inside our facility. Responsibilities:
- Member & Guest Experience
- Greet members, athletes, parents, and guests as they enter
- Check members into classes and assist with basic questions
- Maintain a friendly and professional presence at the front desk
- Ensure waivers are completed for new guests
- Retail & Transactions
- Process retail purchases accurately using POS system
- Handle basic cash and card transactions
- Keep retail area organized and stocked
- Promote merchandise and basic offerings when appropriate
- Facility Support
- Assist with daily cleaning tasks (wiping equipment, organizing racks, tidying lobby)
- Support nightly close-out procedures
- Keep front desk area clean and presentable
- Communicate any issues to management
- Event Support
- Assist during special events, camps, and community nights
- Help with check-in and basic coordination during busy traffic times
Minimum Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with both adults and youth athletes
- Ability to follow systems and complete checklists
- Available to consistently work assigned schedule
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in retail or hospitality
- Interest in fitness or athletics
