Regional CDL-A Truck Driver

10-4 Logistics USA seeks an experienced CDL‑A driver for regional over‑the‑road (OTR) assignments. This opportunity offers competitive mileage pay, a weekly performance bonus, modern automatic tractors, and regular home‑time options. Drivers will operate late‑model fleet equipment on primarily dry‑van, 100% no‑touch freight routes and represent the company professionally with customers and on the road.

• Compensation: $0.50–$0.65 per mile (varies by experience and domicile) plus a $0.10 per mile performance bonus paid weekly. Estimated typical weekly earnings: $1,500–$1,600 ; annual target range: $75,000–$95,000.
• Average weekly mileage: approximately 2,500 miles.

Schedule and home time: Weekly or bi‑weekly home‑time options with 34–48 hour reset periods. Typical cadence is approximately one day at home for every 5–6 days on duty; actual schedule may vary by routing.

Equipment and freight: 2022–2025 model Freightliner Cascadia and Peterbilt tractors with automatic transmissions. Primarily dry‑van freight with 100% no‑touch handling ; approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook. Fleet‑maintained units and modern amenities support driver comfort and on‑time performance.

Primary responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations, hours‑of‑service rules, and company policies; maintain and use an electronic logging device (ELD) as required.
• Complete assigned OTR routes, pickups, and deliveries on schedule while communicating professionally with dispatch and customers.
• Perform thorough pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections; identify and report defects or maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate ELD records, logs, and required documentation; secure cargo and verify paperwork for each load.
• Follow fuel management, routing, and safety procedures; report accidents, incidents, delays, or compliance issues immediately and cooperate with incident reviews.

Minimum qualifications:

• Valid CDL‑A (Class A) license.
• One of the following experience options: at least 3 months verifiable OTR tractor‑trailer experience plus completion of 120+ hours at a truck driving school within the past 12 months; or 6 months verifiable OTR/regional/local tractor‑trailer experience within the last 12 months; or 12 months verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years.
• Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and pass required drug and background screenings.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication with dispatch and customers.
