Requirements
The ideal PT Freelance candidate is self-motivated, passionate about beauty, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and possess strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Proven experience in a retail or freelance beauty role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of makeup and skincare products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to meet personal and team sales targets.
- Professional and polished appearance that aligns with Charlotte Tilbury’s brand image.
