Contract Administrator

Summary
Sentinel Transportation is seeking a highly detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support logistics and contract management operations while ensuring full compliance with operational and legal standards. This role is responsible for developing industry knowledge, supporting procurement activities, maintaining and tracking contract documentation, and assisting with supplier relationship management. This is a Monday through Friday position during standard office hours.
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Business Administration, Legal Assistant or Paralegal certification, or other relevant business focus; additional qualifications in law are a plus
- Experience in contract administration or a related legal or administrative role
- Working knowledge of legal and accounting procedures related to contract management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word
- Experience with document management systems and contract tracking tools
Requirements:
- Strong writing, document review, and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, management, and external partners
- Ability to produce accurate reports and monitor performance metrics
- Commitment to supporting continuous improvement initiatives
