Azure DevOps Engineer
At INVID , we’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Azure DevOps Engineer to lead the automation, scalability, and reliability of our cloud-based development and deployment pipelines. As a senior DevOps engineer on our core software development team, you will utilize your technical expertise in driving the design and automation of processes to support continuous delivery of applications and services. Qualified candidates must have demonstrable experience at designing and implementing end-to-end automation processes with a shift-left mentality. Not only automating build processes but also incorporating test automation to improve code quality.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical direction in the design and implementation of continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment (CI/CD) processes in the form of a pipeline for the delivery of software across the enterprise.
- Strong Knowledge on setting up Ingress pipelines/Ingress Controllers etc.,
- Work with internal product development teams to provide distributed, highly available infrastructure to make the product delivery process fast, reliable, and scalable.
- Maintain and improve infrastructure, container, and some service-level / application-level security.
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Azure CLI.
- Monitor and optimize Azure environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Expand existing CI/CD infrastructure to evolve with the growing demands of the product and automate the deployment, scaling, and management of supporting CI/CD Infrastructure
- Define and lead implementation of best practices for CI/CD across the full SDLC.
- Provide mentorship to other team members.
- Support internal customers in the CI/CD lifecycle.
Skill and Experience:
- 5 + years of IT experience of working with software development, release and build engineering teams.
- 3+ years DevOps Engineering experience
- DevOps experience must go beyond the use of release processes and into the actual design, development, implementation, and definition of best practices for CI/CD processes.
- Experience integrating these stages into a CD pipeline.
- 5+ Years Continuous Integration experience with industry standard tooling
- CI/CD experience is a must with exposure to tools like Jenkins, Tekton, Buildpacks, Artifactory, SonarQube, Terraform Enterprise.
- Experience utilizing APIs to integrate CI, testing, and deployments of systems across the SDLC.
- Very strong understanding of modern IT infrastructure components and their integrations
- Preferably any scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Bash, Grunt, PowerShell, Python, Ruby)
