Registered Nurse
Pristine Healthcare solutions is searching for a Full Time (including WEEKENDS) LVN to lead the overall management and oversight of resident care. Specific responsibilities include:
- Performing resident health assessments
- Monitoring residents for change in condition
- Assist in coordination of care with third-party providers
- Assist in interviewing and hiring of caregivers
- Provide orientation, supervision, and ongoing training to caregivers
- Perform routine audits of care logs and medication records, ensuring proper completion of all caregiver duties
- Assist with hands on resident care when necessary, including medication management
- Scheduling of all caregivers, handling of staffing calls while on duty
- Filing/Thinning of Medical Records
- Maintain weekend/after hours on-call
