Customer Service Representative
Brazosport Plumbing & Heating – Angleton, Texas

Brazosport Plumbing & Heating is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and being the first point of contact for customers who need reliable plumbing service.

What You’ll Do

Respond to Customer Inquiries
Answer incoming phone calls and emails, assist customers with scheduling service, and resolve questions or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Scheduling
Work with our service team to manage the technicians schedule and work load. Coordinate with the service manager to optimize customer service times and availability for services.

Support Customer Success
Guide customers through service options, provide helpful information, and ensure they feel confident about the solutions we provide.

Maintain Service Knowledge
Develop a strong understanding of our plumbing services so you can provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Document Customer Interactions
Track and record customer communications in our CRM system to ensure smooth coordination with our service and operations teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client support

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

• Experience with CRM systems
