In this role, you will be at the forefront of our surveying operations, ensuring the precision and efficiency of our surveys. You will lead a dedicated team of surveyors, guiding them through each step of the process from initial planning to final execution. Your expertise will be crucial in capturing accurate data, which will contribute to the creation of detailed maps and comprehensive reports.

What You’ll Do as Crew Chief – Land Surveying:

• Conduct Land Surveys: Use top-of-the-line surveying equipment to gather accurate data.
• Lead Your Team: Guide and support survey technicians and assistants.
• Analyze Data: Turn complex data into understandable maps and reports.
• Use Advanced Technology: Work with tools like GPS, robotics, and software such as MicroStation, ArcGIS, Revit, and Civil 3D.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineers, architects, and builders to meet project goals.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Skillful in Math and Software: Strong at trigonometry and geometry; experienced with surveying software.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with GPS and robotic surveying tools.
• Analytical Thinker: Excellent at interpreting data.
• Efficient Multi-tasker: Can manage several projects at once.

Requirements:

• Experience: Preferably 1 year of AutoCAD experience.
• Licenses: Driver’s License and Surveyor License (preferred).
• Location Requirements: Must be able to commute or relocate to Temple, TX.
