Job Title: Senior UI Developer (Angular, HTML5/CSS3, ADA Compliance)

Location: Austin,TX - Hybrid (Local to Austin only) (Within 50-mile radius).

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Hands-on experience in Front End/UI development for enterprise-class applications using Angular and/or similar frameworks on the J2EE application development platform.
• Participation in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• UI development experience implementing Authentication and Authorization, and Caching strategies.
• Strong programming experience in HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, CSS3, Bootstrap, SASS, Angular, Typescript, JSON, XML, ES5/ES6, NPM, Maven, and/or other UI frameworks/libraries.
• Demonstrated experience developing, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise-level Front End/UI applications with complete ownership of the front-end stack (JavaScript/HTML/CSS, Angular and/or other UI frameworks).
• Experience implementing client-facing applications with responsive design and development.
• Proven experience implementing Single Page Applications (SPAs) with JavaScript or using libraries/frameworks like Angular.
• Skilled in the development of self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with core programming concepts such as data structures, algorithms, performance, caching, and scalability, specifically in Web-based UI applications.
• Experience developing and testing application user interfaces for ADA/Accessibility compliance.
• Proven ability to implement best practices in application design, performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability.
• Test-driven development experience and test creation using frameworks such as Karma, Jasmine, and Selenium.

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot Java applications.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server 8 or later.
• Familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies, preferably Scrum.
• Experience developing web applications for cloud platforms.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
• Development experience for mobile and tablet platforms.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain the front end of enterprise-class applications using Angular and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout all stages of the SDLC.
• Implement responsive design and develop SPAs optimized for performance and accessibility.
• Own the UI stack and ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Adhere to accessibility standards and conduct testing for ADA compliance.
• Follow test-driven development practices using tools such as Karma, Jasmine, and Selenium.
• Apply best practices in front-end design patterns and coding standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.
