Legal Assistant - Commercial Litigation

A well-established Houston law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support 3+ attorneys handling , business litigation.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, deadlines, hearings, and depositions.
- Prepare and edit pleadings, motions, notices, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Handle state and federal e-filings and coordinate service of process.
- Assist with case management and document organization.
- Process expense reimbursements and provide team coverage as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of litigation experience required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Litigation and e-filing experience required.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
- NetDocuments (NetDocs) experience is a strong plus.
