Position: Cashier (Overnight Shifts)
Availability: Currently hiring for overnight shifts weekend availability is required.

Job Summary: The cashier position is crucial to the daily success of our store. As a guest-facing role, you will often be the first point of contact for our customers, making it essential to provide a welcoming and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed guest expectations.
  • Sincerely thank guests for their business.
  • Promote our rewards loyalty program.
• Operational Duties:
  • Proficiently operate the POS system.
  • Ensure accuracy and excellence in cash handling and fuel transactions.
  • Maintain organized, stocked, and sanitary workspaces, including bathrooms and pump stations.
  • Ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including making customer-favorite coffee.
  • Adhere to all established food safety and health code guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Additional Overnight Requirements:
  • Prior experience working overnight shifts preferred (or being a night person).
  • Ability to work solo and self-manage.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
