Job Description

Security Project Manager -6+ years of experience

Summary:

Security Project Manager working with client Delivery Manager owning the project; Creating and maintaining project plans; Well versed in Agile and Waterfall; Financial Management; RAID management; Weekly/monthly project reporting; Able to present to IT leadership team

Project Delivery Support working with the Halliburton IT Delivery Managers, support the execution of the projects in the IT portfolio as per the processes defined by the IT PMO consisting of the following activities:

a. ITLT & Key Leadership Engagement & Reporting

b. Project Lifecycle Management and Support, Deliverables & Reporting "day-to-day" operations

c. Project Time Writing in SAP record monthly time on project in SAP

Project Delivery Support

a. Project Plan

i. Waterfall or Agile delivery based on the nature of the project

ii. Milestones: stage gates and sign-offs (financial, architecture and security, Quality Assurance (QA) reviews), and critical deliverable completion

iii. Responsibilities / activity ownership RACI

iv. Governance and Kick-off

b. Financials Analysis

i. Latest Thinking Forecast (LTF)

ii. Actuals

iii. Itemization and monthly breakdown

iv. Variance justification (high level i.e. project total cost)

c. RAID Log

i. Risks & Mitigation

ii. Action Items

iii. Issues & Resolution

iv. Decision

d. Portfolio Delivery

i. Provide weekly report on project resources, project count, dead band, slippage, risks, issues

ii. Portfolio is defined as the group of in-scope Projects
